Accessibility statement
Last updated: 2026-10-26
1. Our commitment
CYBILAS Ltd. aims to make skill-up.space usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technologies. Our target is WCAG 2.1 level AA. This statement describes the current state honestly: the site is partially conformant.
2. What already works
- Keyboard navigation and a “Skip to content” link on every page.
- Semantic headings, labelled form fields and visible focus states.
- High-contrast dark theme; text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content.
- Fonts and scripts are self-hosted so pages load without third-party dependencies.
- The AI Readiness assessment and the withdrawal form work without a mouse.
3. Known limitations
- Most course videos do not yet have closed captions or transcripts. We are adding them course by course.
- Some downloadable materials (PDF/DOCX) are not fully tagged for screen readers.
- Charts in the assessment results have a text summary, but not every data point is announced.
4. Feedback and alternative access
If you cannot access any part of the platform or need content in another format, write to office@skill-up.space. We reply within 5 business days and will provide the material in an accessible form where feasible.
5. Legal note
Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act) applies to relevant services from 28 June 2025. Certain micro-enterprises providing services are exempt from its obligations; regardless of any exemption, we treat accessibility as a product goal.
