About the course
From an empty database to a working planner for your plant.
In many plants real planning does not happen in the ERP but in Excel — by hand, by work centre instead of by machine, and redone after every change. The ERP gives an order a date without being able to explain why. The course shows how a planner builds a Claude Project that calculates the schedule with code, explains every decision and recalculates in minutes — using rules the plant understands and can change itself. No programming is needed: the rules are written in plain language and Claude turns them into code.
Format: 10 live online sessions of about 1 hour, every Monday 15:00–16:00 (Sofia time), starting 9 November 2026. Each session is followed by a practical task. Every session is recorded, so a missed one can be caught up.
Who it is for: planners and production managers, operations directors, owners of manufacturing companies.
What you leave with:
• a Claude Project with the data, algorithm and rules of your plant (or of a training plant);
• a readable planning algorithm and simulation templates;
• a daily re-planning procedure and a policy register.
Lecturer: Vladislav Velikov — engineer and consultant, practitioner of TRIZ, Lean and the Theory of Constraints.
Price: EUR 500 per participant, final price. Includes the 10 sessions, recordings, working files and templates. Invoice and bank transfer; the seat is reserved after payment. Register through the form on this page. Questions: office@cybilas.com.
